At AMORE MALL, we want you to love your beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AMORE MALL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals and promotional gifts are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
